Please do not send cash-on-delivery parcels or parcels to parcel lockers, as they will not be accepted.

Free return:
Available throughout Poland for orders over £100, for registered customers only.

We usually process orders within 2-7 business days. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Your refund will be processed promptly, no later than 14 days after we receive your return, to the same account used for payment.

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges for products purchased online. However, if you purchased a product at one of our physical stores, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange it for a different size.

If your payment wasn't successful when placing your order, don't worry! You'll receive a link to complete your payment at the email address provided with your order. If you don't receive this link, you can always pay via bank transfer or place a new order.
